Dear Family,
Things are going great here. This week we saw a lot of success. We are teaching three people who have accepted a baptismal date. They are: Raynald 27th, Adline 27th, and Jean for July 4th. We met Adline through one of the members here. The member actually rents a room from her. She is really solid. She accepted a baptismal date on the first lesson and she even walked to church yesterday with her two kids.
We have been teaching Jean and Raynald for quite some time now. They were pretty much just waiting for a ride to church in order to continue progressing. This weekend we had a special branch fast on behalf of our investigators. On Saturday night we got a call from the English ward bishop saying that he had found someone willing to give rides. We found out that a member of the stake high council had recently moved to a new development that is nearby all three of the Habitats where we work. His wife is also Raynald's primary teacher. It was the perfect situation. Raynald was able to come to church for the first time since the Sumps left. and Jean was all lined up to come until his parents left at the last minute leaving him to babysit his brothers and sisters. But things are going good.
We are teaching a lot and riding our bikes a lot. How is everything going at home? Why are some of the 8th ward now going to the first? What is mom going to be doing at scout camp?
I hope everything is going great, I can't wait to hear from you next week!
Love,
Elder Larson
