Dear Family,
Thanks for your e-mail. It sounds like everything is going pretty good.Things here are going pretty well. We've been blessed a lot lately and I'm so grateful for all of the things that I've been able to witness. Our three baptisms went through on Saturday. Those kids are so awesome. Juliette fits right in with the Young Women here and she will be a solid member. The two younger kids are so smart and so funny. They both were able to participate in the combined Spanish-Kreyol primary program. The last number was I am a child of God and they sang the first verse in French. It was so cool to see them participate like that. The baptism went really well for a Haitian baptism. Their cousin, who is one of our strongest youth and who is the one that brought them to church in the first place, gave a really good talk. Another highlight for me was Jerry's baptism. He was the last one to go, and afterwards he started swimming around in the font. Elder Hofer tried to coerce him out which was working until our Branch President asked him to unplug the font. He was on the last step when he turned and jumped back in the font. I guess he just didn't want to leave the font. Other than the baptism our week was pretty exciting. We have a lot of really good people that we're working with and we found some new people as well, we taught a lot of new-member lessons, we made a visit to a local Mosque, and had a lot of fun along the way. Well, that's what's going on in Florida. I hope everything is well at home, you are always in my prayers.
Love,
Elder Larson
