Dear Mom,
It was nice to get your e-mail this week. I always look forward to Mondays when I get the chance to hear from my family. Thank you for letting me know about your health. You are always in my prayers and I know you are looked out for. Just keep me updated.
This week has been a pretty good one. The best part happened yesterday when were able to confirm the three Galety kids. We waited a week because we had the Primary program last week. It was so great to finally see them become members of the church and to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. I know that they have some struggles ahead but they are great kids and will only help their family and the branch grow stronger. Right now we are teaching a lot of new member lessons to all of the people that have been recently baptized. It takes away our time from other things we could be doing, but we don't have too much support from the branch mission leader. But I welcome the opportunity to continue working with these awesome people. We also are still teaching a couple etern-igators. The Delva family will probably be investigators until they turn 18, and Joseph is a little bit older so he progresses a little slower. We love all of our investigators but we're still excited to see who the Lord has in store for us to start teaching next.
This Saturday we were also able to watch the BYU-Utah game. I've known for a couple weeks but I just kept forgetting to tell you. It was a pretty sad excuse for a game. But it was still fun. Today we are having a normal working day, except for the e-mail. Thursday we are going down to Naples to celebrate Thanksgiving with most of our zone. We're going to go to the Stake Turkey-Bowl in the morning and then eat at the senior couple's house afterwards. It should be a pretty good day. I'm so grateful for all of the many blessing that I enjoy in my life, especially my family. Thank you for all that you do for me. Have fun with the family on Thursday and I'll talk to you next week
