Well, everything is going great up here. (MTC) The language is coming. There are five Haitians that work in the cafeteria and so we talk to them whenever we see them. Yesterday I saw one, his name is Byensasdioc or something. I told him a riddle in Kreyol and he couldn't figure it out. When I told him the answer he was so embarrassed/happy/Haitian that he gave me a big hug! It was sweet! Then he told me one and I totally knew the answer! He was so surprised/proud/Hatian that he gave me another big hug! Then he started talking in Kreyol about what to expect on a mission from Haitian people and I didn't understand anything! It is so humbling to hear a native speaker. The new mission president's conference is this next week so I'm hoping to see plenty of the Quorum of the Twelve and First Presidency. We'll be able to hear at least one or two of them speak in a devotional. It's going to be enfom! Elder Swenson would be jealous, he was anxious to get out but he really wanted to be hear when that happened. Also, Elder Haws is leaving on Monday for Atlanta. So he may miss it as well. Atlanta is just a temporary assignment for him because he didn't get his visa to Tahiti in time. I saw Brandon (Shumway)yesterday, he looked kinda overwhelmed but he sounded way excited to be here. That's about all the news I can think of. It is nice to hear from you. Pase yon bon jounnen! Take care! I'll talk to you later! Na'we!Love,-Elder Larson
